Theory

  • Ear training
  • Harmony theory

Practical exercise (subject-specific, duration 10 minutes)

  • Profile Harmonica → practical exam in harmonica
  • Profile diatonic accordion → practical exam on your instrument
  • Profile Accordion (Accordion II) → practical exam in the accordion
  • Profile EMP without an instrumental specialism → Interview + practical assessment

If you no instrumental major subject If you choose this option, an [instrumental examination] will take place instead of the Admissions interview instead of plus one practical component, which goes well with EMP.

Training preparation

The "youth class" and the "pre-semester" are two excellent ways to prepare for an education at the Hohner Conservatory. Parallel to school or already enrolled at the conservatory, musical knowledge and playing skills are developed and thus form a good basis for starting an education.
