Andreas Nebel
Andreas Nebl has been a lecturer at the Hohner Conservatory since 2004. In addition to „classical accordion“, he also teaches „popular accordion“. Since 2013, Andreas Nebl has additionally been a lecturer for „classical accordion“ at the Osnabrück University of Music. He also teaches literature studies, chamber music, as well as the supplementary principal subject of chamber music and its didactics, and is likewise responsible for teaching the accordion subject (artistic development).
Andreas Nebl (b. 1968) represents the accordion in its entire spectrum through his many years of international work as a soloist and chamber musician, as well as his outstanding pedagogical work as head of the accordion classes at the Osnabrück University of Music and the Conservatory in Trossingen. Versatile experiences in the field of harmonically bound improvisation in folk music and jazz initially shaped his childhood and youth. Following his studies at the State University of Music in Trossingen under Prof. Hugo Noth, as well as at the „Luigi Cherubini“ Conservatory in Florence under Ivano Battiston, and winning 1st prize at the „Val Tidone“ International Chamber Music Competition (Italy), Andreas Nebl shifted the musical focus of his concert activities to early music and contemporary music. Andreas Nebl's outstanding artistic achievements have since lain particularly in the field of chamber music. This is evidenced equally by numerous CD recordings and concerts at international music festivals such as the Würzburg Mozart Festival, the Rheingau Music Festival, the Stuttgart Music Festival of the International Bach Academy Stuttgart, and the Bolzano Festival for Contemporary Music, above all in a duo with the clarinetist Frank Nebl.
Concert engagements have taken him to almost all EU countries, as well as to Russia, Japan, Korea, China, the USA, Argentina and Colombia. Since 2010 he has also been collaborating with the Japanese artist agency „Musical Artist's Guild“, and regularly organises concerts and school projects in Japan together with the Japanese artist Naoko Takeuchi.
Andreas Nebl's international teaching activities have taken him to the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, the Gnessin Institute in Moscow, the Academy of Music in Łódź, the University of Kaunas, the Trieste Conservatory, the Prague Conservatory and the Goethe-Institut in Bogotá, among other places.
Numerous prizewinners of international competitions emerged from Andreas Nebl's classes. Students in his youth classes have frequently been national prizewinners in „Jugend musiziert“. Regular work as a jury member at national and international competitions rounds off his remarkable work in the field of the accordion.
Since the 2019/20 winter semester, Andreas Nebl has been a lecturer in accordion at the Nuremberg University of Music.

Anette Wollenweber teaches German, social studies, and speech training and communication at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen.

Bernd Glück
Through many years of accordion, keyboard and trumpet lessons, and membership in accordion orchestras, choirs and trombone choirs, Bernd Glück has acquired well-founded knowledge, skills and experience. Even as a teenager he founded his first band, with which he gained his first studio and live experience at the age of 15. After completing his Abitur, he was drawn to the music city of Trossingen, where he finished his studies as a state-recognised music teacher at the Hohner Conservatory in 2003. His training was complemented from 2007 to 2009 by Course III (Music Arranging) with Hans-Günther Kölz.
Since 2001, he has worked as a keyboard and piano teacher at the music school in Tuttlingen, where he also takes part in various music school projects and has already composed three student musicals. Bernd Glück was also a trainer and conductor of the youth orchestra at the Beffendorf Accordion Orchestra for many years. Since 2018, he has been wielding the baton for the hobby orchestra of the Tuttlingen Accordion Friends.
Furthermore, he worked as a freelance music producer with his own recording studio and composer on a wide variety of projects, for example the accompanying CD for „Unter 7 – über 70“, which in turn was awarded the „Inventio 2008“ promotional prize for music education as an overall project, as well as producing recordings for publishing houses, artists and ensembles.
Since 2011, Bernd Glück has been running the music publishing and wholesale sheet music business „Notenwunderland“. Following the acquisition of the Jetelina publishing group in 2018 and its continuous further expansion, the publishing group now distributes the world's largest range of sheet music for accordion, specifically even for accordion orchestras. The product database has been developed and maintained for decades, and many musicians, accordion teachers and conductors use the Jetelina online shop as a tool for research and concert planning.

Alexander Drčar
Alexander Drčar has been responsible for the subjects of orchestral practice, conducting and music history at the Hohner Conservatory since 2013. In addition, he is responsible for the work analysis department in training path III.
Alexander Drčar was born in Munich in 1966. Following the completion of his studies, which he finished with distinction under Karl Österreicher at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, he received the sponsorship award of the Federal Ministry for Education and Art. Immediately afterwards, he worked as a conductor and musical director at the Klagenfurt State Theatre. Many successful opera productions were created during this time.
Alongside his work in Klagenfurt, he also frequently worked in the musical city of Vienna, where, among other things, he conducted „Die Fledermaus“ at the Vienna Chamber Opera. Afterwards, he went with the opera on its tour to Japan. His interpretations of contemporary operas were particularly popular, which made him a sought-after conductor worldwide. Among other places, he conducted in Lucerne and at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. He also established a reputation in Germany through various directorships in Hamburg, Essen, Bonn and Frankfurt. In the concert field, he conducted the Bruckner Orchestra in Linz, the Vienna Chamber Philharmonic, the Capella Istrapolitana and the Slovenian Philharmonic, among others. Following his successful debut at the Hamburg State Opera with Verdi's „Rigoletto“, he moved to the Hanseatic city.

At the start of the 2021/2022 academic year, Eric Dann begins his teaching activities for popular accordion (jazz, rock/pop, world music, folk music) at the Hohner Conservatory. Gergana Hristova

Gergana Hristova
As a lecturer for the Music Management module, she has been at the Hohner Conservatory since early 2023, where she teaches the subjects of Business Administration Basics, Self-Management, and practical project supervision. She provides students with the substance to develop and successfully market their artistic personality. In addition, she works as a piano pedagogue and répétiteur at several music schools. Gergana Hristova completed her artistic-pedagogical degree at the State University of Music Trossingen with a major in piano. During this time, she began planning and organising her own concert activities and numerous cultural events. She thus immediately recognised the difficulties of the cultural sector in reconciling artistic standards with business management necessities while taking into account the concerns of the stakeholders involved. In a highly competitive environment, she developed her own PR and marketing strategies in the field of public relations. She subsequently began a Master's degree in Cultural Management with a focus on Economics at the Weingarten University of Education. As part of her thesis, she had the opportunity to work with cultural enterprises from Germany and Austria to gain academic insights for her research on new sources of funding for the cultural sector. She gained valuable practical experience as an intern at numerous cultural companies in Germany, including AMM (Arts Music Media) in Saarbrücken as assistant to the management. She is currently the manager of the Incanto Piano Duo, with which she regularly performs as a pianist alongside her twin sister in the region.

Sangay Lena Bäuerle

Sangay Lena Bäuerle
Sangay Lena Bäuerle has been active as a music educator in various fields for many years. In 2024, she returned to Villingen-Schwenningen. She is a jazz singer, workshop and choir leader, and teaches voice and piano at the Trossingen Music School. Even during her school days in VS, she was successfully active in various bands and ensembles, during which time she discovered her love for jazz. After graduating from high school with a focus on music, she studied school music (jazz/pop singing and piano) at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts. From September 2026, she will be teaching vocal training at the Hohner Conservatory.

Wolfgang Ruß

Wolfgang Ruß
As a lecturer for Methodology I and Teaching Demonstrations, he worked at the Hohner Conservatory from 1989 to 2020, and from 2002 also for popular accordion and „Basic Jazz“. Today, Wolfgang Ruß still supervises his major subject students until they graduate.
Wolfgang Ruß studied at the Municipal Music School in Trossingen. Alongside his work as an instrumental teacher for accordion, guitar and piano, he also works as a lecturer at numerous seminars and workshops in German-speaking countries, including „Accordion without borders“. In addition, he is a permanent contributor to Prof Joe Viera at the Study Centre for Contemporary Music in Burghausen.
As a composer, Wolfgang Ruß has published well over a hundred works and is among the most performed creators in the accordion scene.

Wladimir Maretschko

Wladimir Maretschko
Since 2022, Wladimir Maretschko has been teaching the accordion as a major subject as a lecturer at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen.
Wladimir Maretschko, an accordionist with an early passion for the instrument, completed his musical education in Ukraine at the Ternopil Music College and the Prokofiev State Academy of Music in Donetsk. He graduated with a Master's degree with distinction in 1999. During his studies, he already performed as a concert musician.
In 2001 he continued his education at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen, where he studied in the soloist class and graduated in 2006 with a distinction of “Very Good”. In 2010 he expanded his skills through a degree course in the field of jazz at the same conservatory, which he also completed with “Very Good”.
Mr Maretschko has made a name for himself through his participation in various national and international competitions. He won 1st prize at the Swiss Harmonica and Accordion Competition in Lyss, Switzerland, in 2004 and repeated this success in 2005 at the Coupe Suisse De L’Accordeon in Huttwil. In 2006, he received 3rd prize at the International Accordion Competition in Reinach.
As a soloist, Maretschko has performed in several countries, including Germany, France and Switzerland. Since 2010 he has worked as a teacher at the Trossingen Music School and since 2022 as a lecturer at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen. Wladimir Maretschko, an accordionist with an early passion for the instrument, completed his musical education in Ukraine at the Ternopil Music College and the Prokofiev State Academy of Music in Donetsk. He graduated with a Master's degree with distinction in 1999. During his studies, he already performed as a concert musician.
In 2001 he continued his education at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen, where he studied in the soloist class and graduated in 2006 with a distinction of “Very Good”. In 2010 he expanded his skills through a degree course in the field of jazz at the same conservatory, which he also completed with “Very Good”.
Mr Maretschko has made a name for himself through his participation in various national and international competitions. He won 1st prize at the Swiss Harmonica and Accordion Competition in Lyss, Switzerland, in 2004 and repeated this success in 2005 at the Coupe Suisse De L’Accordeon in Huttwil. In 2006, he received 3rd prize at the International Accordion Competition in Reinach.
As a soloist, Maretschko has performed in several countries, including Germany, France and Switzerland. Since 2010 he has worked as a teacher at the Trossingen Music School and since 2022 as a lecturer at the Hohner Conservatory in Trossingen. Matthias Listmann has been a piano lecturer at the Hohner Conservatory since 2024.
Matthias Listmann had his first piano lessons at the age of 7 at the Müllheim Baden Music School with Ms Wittig. He later studied for several years with Ms Leontina Margulis and Prof. Immer in Freiburg.
In 1989 he first studied piano as a major in the diploma course in Trossingen under Prof. Johann van Beek. Following his successful graduation in 1993, Matthias Listmann continued his studies in the postgraduate artistic training course and also began the combined orchestral and choral conducting course under Prof. Walter Hügler and Prof. Manfred Schreier. He completed his degree in 1995.

Current work combines both educational paths. The foundation is laid by studies at the Freiburg University of Education. At the heart of these efforts is reform pedagogy. It departs from didactic linearity, in which teaching is seen as directly causing learning, and points to the importance of pupil participation. The second pedagogical pillar is formed by systemic pedagogy. The subjective development processes of teachers and learners are placed at the centre of successful pedagogy, because systemic pedagogy recognises the importance of self-organisation as the logic of the living. It moves away from the naive idea of simple knowledge transfer and turns against the sheer endless drama of a pedagogy of transmission and against the torment of being instructed. This altered pedagogy distances itself from the linear concept of upbringing and places a conscious and reflected relational didactics at the centre of action.
Studying at the Freiburg University of Music forms the foundation for the subject-didactic perspectives and interdisciplinary facets of music.
Where music and pedagogy truly come together, the question „What is music?“ becomes „What should music achieve?“. Right at the beginning of a music degree, it becomes apparent that mere technical training cannot do justice to an all-encompassing concept of education. Tian Long Li is a tutor for our jazz workshops, in addition to teaching basic jazz and combo.
Tian Long Li is a harmonica player from Southern China. He was born in Nanchang in 1987. From 2004 to 2008, he studied abstract art majoring in oil painting at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in Chongqing. At the age of 20, he began playing the blues on the harmonica. He taught himself how to make music with it, heavily influenced by B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, James Cotton, and others.
Through the cultural festival „China and Germany Moving Together“, Tian Long Li was given the opportunity to travel to Germany to play concerts and to begin his initial musical training at the Hohner Conservatoire in Trossingen in 2011. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Performance at the Jazz and Rock Schools in Freiburg from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, he completed two Master's degrees in Performance and Pedagogy with Domenic Landolf, Hans Feigenwinter and Matthieu Michel at the Jazzcampus in Basel. He also took private lessons with the French harmonica player Olivier Ker Ourio.

His teaching activities extend across various accordion clubs and the Trossingen Music and Dance School. Since 2023, he has also been a lecturer at the Hohner Conservatoire in Trossingen, where he passes on his knowledge in his principal subject of „Keyboard/Music Production“ as well as in the subject of popular music.
He is not only an experienced educator, but also an enthusiastic live musician. He is the director of the gospel choir „OverJOYed“ in Trossingen, where he also works as a pianist. In addition, he plays actively in the Hohnerklang orchestra. Furthermore, he was part of the band „Partymaschine“ for many years and has been involved in international musical projects with the band „Handgschaabt“ since 2017.
His expertise in sound engineering is reflected in numerous CD productions in the field of accordion literature. Robin Schmidt has contributed to these projects not only as a musician, but also as a sound engineer. In addition, he has carried out publishing productions for music publishers such as Jetelina and Tastenzauber. In 2020, he helped to realise several video productions during the COVID-19 pandemic for publishers, associations and the Baden-Württemberg State Music Council.
Alongside all these activities, his extensive experience as a live sound engineer spans more than a decade, during which he has been responsible for the live sound at concerts for various bands, accordion orchestras and ensembles.

Sabrina Latus made her first contacts with the Hohner Conservatory while she was still at grammar school. From 2008 to 2010 she was part of the part-time training programme and finished her school education in 2011 with her A-levels.
In the following year, she dedicated herself to developing her musical skills on the saxophone and in singing, and completed internships with, among others, the Karlsruhe Air Force Band and the Berlin Air Force Band.
From 2012, she undertook training course 1 at the Hohner Conservatory and graduated in 2016 with the qualification of a state-certified music teacher, with her major subjects being accordion (Werner Glutsch), elementary music pedagogy (Patricia Schweikert-Laube) and conducting (Fritz Dobler, Alexander Drcar).
From 2016 to 2019 she completed the degree programme „Interdisciplinary Accordion“ with a focus on music arrangement under Hans-Günther Kölz.

The teacher, pianist and composer Thomas Förster studied at the Jazz & Rock School in Freiburg. On his main instrument, the piano, he can look back on a long career. As a bandleader in his own projects, Förster plays a composed repertoire, mainly in the smooth jazz style. Even whilst I was studying at the Vocational College for Health and Care, I developed a particular interest in medical concepts and the importance of exercise for health and quality of life. I initially deepened this interest through a course in human physiotherapy and am currently continuing to develop it as part of my specialist training as a physiotherapist at the Medischulen Balingen. In addition, I undertook specialist training to prepare for the public health officer’s examination to become a naturopath at the Paracelsus School and the Educational Centre for Therapeutic Professions, in order to broaden my understanding of medicine in a holistic way.
Alongside my professional training, I gained several years’ practical experience in a physiotherapy practice as a movement and sports therapist. In addition, I worked as an athletic trainer in both elite and recreational sport, as well as a lecturer and exercise instructor in the fields of prevention, self-assertion and physical activity. Through my professional roles in the public sector, the security industry, during specialist medical placements, and my freelance work as a trainer and lecturer, I have gained extensive experience in working with people of a wide range of ages and life circumstances. These diverse experiences continue to shape my practical and teaching work to this day.
My professional specialisms lie in the fields of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, medical exercise therapy and prevention. In addition to my physiotherapy training, I have completed numerous further education and training courses in the fields of sports medicine, fitness, health and rehabilitation sport, including qualifications as a fitness and health trainer, sports therapist, and various specialisations in the field of medical exercise therapy and sports rehabilitation. For me, continuous professional development is an essential part of professional teaching and future therapeutic work.
My aim is to convey medical and therapeutic content in a way that is understandable, practical and scientifically sound. In doing so, I place particular emphasis on engaging teaching that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application and actively involves participants in the learning process. I am convinced that every person has their own individual circumstances, strengths and learning styles. That is why both therapy and teaching should always be tailored to the individual. Only through personalised support can lasting learning outcomes and the best possible development be achieved.

She has been an active member of the Locherhof Accordion Orchestra for many years, contributing not only musically but also with great dedication to ensuring the association’s contemporary image.
Even as a teenager, she regularly took part in competitions such as „Jugend musiziert“, the Baden-Württemberg State Youth Festival and the German Accordion Music Prize – both as a soloist and in a duo with Maresa Rapp. She further deepened her musical knowledge by completing the D-level courses run by the German Harmonica Association. Today, she works as a youth leader in the Locherhof Accordion Orchestra and is particularly committed to nurturing young talent and fostering a modern club culture.
Alongside her musical career, Lisa Koblitz studied Integrated Product Design at Stuttgart Media University, specialising in graphic and media design. She subsequently worked as a brand manager at the radio station „die neue welle“. There, she was responsible for the further development of the corporate identity as well as the design of print and digital media, promotional materials and social media content. These experiences continue to shape her work today at the intersection of design, communication and music.
Her creative work for the Locherhof Accordion Orchestra – particularly in the areas of social media and digital club communication – brought her to the attention of the Hohner Conservatoire. The association’s modern and authentic online presence demonstrates how effectively contemporary public relations can help to inspire people’s enthusiasm for the accordion and raise the profile of associations.
Since 2026, Lisa Koblitz has been teaching the subject ‘Digital Presence in the Music Industry’ at the Hohner Conservatoire in Trossingen. Her teaching focuses on how musicians and clubs can showcase their passion for the accordion beyond the concert hall. In doing so, she teaches practical strategies for social media, corporate design, content creation and digital communication. Her aim is to empower students to bring fresh ideas to their clubs, reach new audiences and present the accordion to the public as a modern, versatile instrument.
For Lisa Koblitz, musical quality and contemporary communication are inextricably linked. She is convinced that the future of the accordion scene is shaped not only on stage, but also through a strong, authentic presence in the digital world.

Konstantin Reinfeld
The harmonica player Konstantin Reinfeld is one of the defining voices of his instrument on the international concert scene. With his lyrical tone, a clear musical signature and great stylistic openness, he brings the harmonica into the concert hall and establishes it as an expressive solo instrument bridging classical, contemporary and cross-genre music.
In 2019, Reinfeld was awarded the Opus Klassik, the most important classical music prize in Germany.
Reinfeld performs internationally in Europe and Asia, and has appeared at major cultural events such as Expo 2020 in Dubai and Expo 2025 in Osaka. His concerts have also taken him to renowned concert halls such as the Concertgebouw Amsterdam and the Cologne Philharmonie.
As a soloist, he has collaborated with orchestras including the Staatskapelle Weimar, the NDR Radiophilharmonie, the WDR Funkhausorchester, the Badische Staatskapelle Karlsruhe and the Big Band of the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
Several new works for harmonica have been composed specially for him, including concertos by Wolf Kerschek and Alan Broadbent.
A central artistic partnership is his duo with pianist Benyamin Nuss.
Reinfeld is also active internationally outside the classical concert circuit. He has collaborated with artists such as Nathan East, China Moses and Parov Stelar, and performed alongside Moroccan pop star Saad Lamjarred in front of over 320,000 people.
Alongside his concert work, Reinfeld also works as a producer and mixing engineer. His studies included working with harmonica pioneer Howard Levy. His instructional book, published by Hal Leonard, is used in teaching internationally.
